Skadden is ranked as a leading law firm for tax advice according to two guides published by International Tax Review:
- The 2014 edition of World Tax, which rates the capabilities of law firms and other tax consultancies, gave Skadden more top-tier U.S. rankings than any other legal adviser. The publication also ranked the firm's Palo Alto tax group for the first time, which follows Skadden expanding its tax practice to Silicon Valley in 2012.
- Skadden also is ranked as a top-tier law firm in the inaugural edition of World Transfer Pricing, which interviewed corporate tax directors and their advisers in more than 50 jurisdictions globally for their insights into the firms with top experience in this profit allocation method.
