Skadden reached a proposed settlement of a consolidated securities class action against Firm client Swisher Hygiene, Inc., along with three individual defendants, arising out of the company’s restatement of its first-, second- and third-quarter 2011 financial results. The settlement, which follows our successful efforts to consolidate multiple class, derivative and individual actions, was reached Feb. 5, 2014, and is subject to approval by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
