Financial Times 2014 Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards

At the Financial Times' inaugural Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers awards ceremony on June 10, 2014, Skadden won the "Innovation in Finance Law" award for international firms in recognition of our representation of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. We also were shortlisted for the "Most Innovative Law Firm" award for international firms and the "Innovation for International Strategy" award for our "one-stop legal shop" approach to client service. In addition, Skadden was honored for our work on Fortescue Metals Group Limited's securement of the second-largest leveraged covenant-lite term loan of all time and industry-shaping M&A transactions involving Marubeni Corporation and Gavilon Group LLC.
