Skadden secured the dismissal of two claims with prejudice in California federal court in an antitrust case brought against client SanDisk Corporation by PNY Technologies, Inc. The court dismissed the claims on July 2, finding PNY had failed to adequately allege that SanDisk attempted to monopolize the market for Secure Digital cards.
