Skadden secured another victory on December 16 on behalf of Tremont Group Holdings, Inc. in ongoing litigation arising out of Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal of a lawsuit by an institutional investor in a Tremont-managed hedge fund exposed to Madoff.
