Skadden is advising Lightning Investors Limited, an entity jointly owned by FMR LLC and FIL Limited (together, Fidelity), on its all-cash offer to acquire the remaining stake in Colt Group S.A. it does not already own, announced June 19. The offer values Colt Group at £1.7 billion.
