At the Financial Times annual "Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers" awards ceremony (June 10, 2015), Skadden won the "Innovation in Finance Law" award for international firms, in recognition of our representation of Cogobuy Group in its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Skadden has won the award both years since its inception.
