James Keyte Named Director of Fordham Competition Law Institute

New York antitrust and competition partner James Keyte has been named director of Fordham University School of Law's Competition Law Institute. In his capacity as director, Mr. Keyte oversees the institute's annual International Antitrust Law and Policy Conference. This year's conference, to be held October 1-2, will feature presentations by Federal Trade Commission Chairwoman Edith Ramirez, EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Renata Hesse of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission President Alejandra Palacios Prieto and Autorité de la Concurrence President Bruno Lasserre. Mr. Keyte replaces former Skadden partner Barry Hawk, who is stepping down after serving as director since the institute launched in 1974. He is now senior counsel at Labruna Mazziotti Segni.
