Skadden represented LM Group Holding A/S (a portfolio company of U.K.-based Doughty Hanson & Co.) and its subsidiaries in a consent solicitation to amend the terms of its senior secured notes due 2019 and subsequent green bond issuance of 475 million Norwegian kroner (€50 million equivalent) of floating rate senior secured notes due 2020. This is one of the first high-yield green bond issuances in the world and the first high-yield green bond issuance in Denmark. LM Group is a manufacturer of wind turbine blades based in Denmark.
