Nathan Giesselman Named One of California's '40 Under 40'

Palo Alto tax partner Nathan Giesselman was named one of California's "Top 40 Under 40" attorneys, the Daily Journal's list of young attorneys doing especially impactful, high-profile legal work. The publication's May 18 profile of Mr. Giesselman focused on his tax work on behalf of Broadcom Corporation in its acquisition by Avago Technologies, the largest semiconductor industry transaction on record; his work on the split of Hewlett-Packard Co. into two separate companies; and his tax guidance for Visa Inc. in its $23.4 acquisition of Visa Europe Ltd.
