Global Brands Establishes Joint Venture With CAA Brand Management
Skadden is advising Global Brands Group Holding Limited on its formation of a joint venture with CAA Brand Management, LLC, among others. The joint venture, announced June 14, 2016, creates one of the world's largest global brand management companies, of which Global Brands will own a majority stake of 72.7 percent.
