Skadden represented First Solar, Inc. in obtaining tax-equity financing from JPM Capital Corporation for the 179-megawatt Switch Station solar projects, two photovoltaic power plants in Nevada. Skadden also represented First Solar in connection with the sale of its remaining equity interests in the Switch Station project companies to affiliates of EDF Renewable Energy, Inc.
