SOHO China, Pan Shiyi Win Dismissal With Prejudice of All Claims

Skadden represented SOHO China and founder Pan Shiyi in securing the dismissal with prejudice of claims for malicious prosecution and abuse of process brought by Guo Wengui, in connection with the defendants’ previous lawsuit seeking to enjoin Mr. Guo from making further false and defamatory statements about their business and reputation. On October 9, Justice Paul Goetz of the New York Supreme Court granted SOHO China and Pan Shiyi’s motion to dismiss all of Mr. Guo claims.
