PPL To Acquire Narragansett Electric and Sell Western Power

Skadden is representing PPL Corporation in its $3.8 billion acquisition of The Narragansett Electric Company from National Grid, and in its £7.8 billion ($10.9 billion) sale of its U.K. utility business, Western Power Distribution, to National Grid.
