Fordham Law School and Skadden have launched the Scott Simpson Cross-Border Institute at Fordham Law. Conceptualized by the late Scott Simpson, former global co-head of the firm’s transactions practices, the institute provides a forum for lawyers, academics and students from across the globe to discuss and analyze significant legal and regulatory developments impacting cross-border transactions.
