Skadden is pleased to announce that Noel Hughes is joining the firm’s Capital Markets Group as a partner in the London office.
Mr. Hughes focuses on high-yield bond financings and leveraged buyouts in the European and U.S. markets across a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, telecommunications, natural resources and energy. He guides sponsors, issuers and investment banks on high-profile financings, including high-yield debt offerings, acquisition financings, debt liability management transactions and restructurings. He is dual-qualified to practice in New York and England and Wales.
