Skadden is advising F&G Life Re Ltd. on its acquisition by newly formed financial services company Ancient Financial, with the business to be renamed Ancient Re Ltd. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2026.
Ancient Financial is a financial services company focused on life and annuity reinsurance and asset management. F&G Re is a provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients.
