Skadden is advising ICEYE on its €450 million primary Series F funding round led by General Atlantic, at a valuation of over €10 billion. Additional investors include Solidium, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen and Lifeline Ventures, as well as Nokia, from Finland, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and TCV.
Together with a secondary placement, the total Series F funding round exceeds €1 billion.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
