- Deal of the Year: Equity. The firm advised The Magnum Ice Cream Company on its triple-listing on the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and New York Stock Exchange.
- Impact Deal Award. Skadden represented BlackRock as part of a consortium of investors, including Allianz and T&D Holdings, in its acquisition of Viridium Group.
