Bio

Mr. Bookout regularly represents clients in federal and state courts across the country in a variety of corporate and complex commercial disputes, including mergers, tender offers, derivative suits, hostile takeovers, proxy contests and appraisal actions. His practice also includes advising on the Delaware law of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies in connection with mergers and other transactions.

Mr. Bookout’s pro bono work involves matters across the U.S., including immigration and related claims, Freedom of Information Act requests, Protection From Abuse matters and minor child guardian ad litem representation.
