Skadden’s Hong Kong* office focuses on a full range of cross-border M&A transactions, international capital-raising activities (including equity and debt), private equity, investment management, finance international litigation and arbitration, international competition and corporate investigations/FCPA. With combined U.S., Hong Kong and English law capabilities, we provide integrated, comprehensive services on a wide variety of matters.
We were one of the first major U.S. law firms to establish a Hong Kong-based corporate practice and provide our clients with counsel grounded in many years of experience working as an integrated Hong Kong-U.S. team. Our attorneys advise on some of Hong Kong’s most complex initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Our Hong Kong-based attorneys often work in tandem with our teams in Beijing, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, the United States and Europe to serve our clients in Asia, and we have handled matters in mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, among others.
