Skadden is advising ByteDance Ltd. on its sale of Moonton Holdings Limited to Savvy Games Group for a purchase price reported to be above $6 billion.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals.
The Skadden team is led by Jonathan Stone and Haiping Li and includes Jisun Choi, Ken Kumayama and Andrew Foster.
