On October 18, leading corporate governance experts and board members, in-house lawyers and managing directors of major German corporations, financial institutions and private equity companies attended Skadden's annual Corporate Governance Forum to discuss recent corporate governance developments in Germany, the EU and the United States. Speakers included Skadden partners Peter Atkins and Stephan Hutter, as well as Theodor Baums, a professor and director of the Institute for Law and Finance at Frankfurt’s Johann Wolfgang Goethe University.
