On March 27, New York antitrust partner James Keyte spoke at a program presented by Jones Day, in conjunction with the George Washington University Law School and Concurrences — "Antitrust in the Obama 2nd Term: What to Expect?" — in New York. Topics included new leadership, whether U.S. enforcement priorities will change, and key issues and challenges regarding the outlook for international antitrust. In addition to Mr. Keyte, speakers at the event included partners at other law firms as well as law professors and the director of the Federal Trade Commission's Office of International Affairs.
