Hong Kong Capital Markets

On April 18-19, 2013, Hong Kong corporate partner Christopher Betts joined a panel discussion titled “Hong Kong Capital Markets” at PLI’s “First Annual Institute on Corporate and Securities Law in Hong Kong 2013.”  The panel discussed the Hong Kong sponsor regime and proposed changes; making secondary offerings easier; Hong Kong plans for prospectus simplification; making Hong Kong the home for RMB bonds; and market disclosure practices “in practice.”
