Washington, D.C. corporate partner Brian Breheny participated in the 45th Annual Rocky Mountain Securities Conference to be held in Denver. The event gathered leading securities practitioners to address current issues in corporate governance and finance; enforcement; accounting and auditing standards and regulations; emerging growth company financing, Reg D general solicitation and crowd funding; and ethics. Mr. Breheny joined a panel discussion on “Current Issues in Corporation Finance.” The event was co-sponsored by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
