New York litigation partner Lauren Aguiar spoke at a PLI program, "Pretrial Practice 2013," held May 20 in New York and webcast live. The program focused on how to plan litigation, accurately investigate the facts and the law, maximize the use of pretrial motions and explore settlement strategies. Ms. Aguiar will participate in two panel discussions: "Preliminary Remedies and Summary Judgment Motions" and "Preparing Discovery Demands and Discovery Responses."
