Chicago litigation partner Patrick Fitzgerald and corporate partners Susan Hassan and Charles Mulaney participated in Northwestern University School of Law's 2013 Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute, held May 2-3 in Chicago. Mr. Fitzgerald participated in a panel discussion on how best to respond to the possibility of enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Hassan served as a member of the event's executive committee. Mr. Mulaney chaired a panel discussion on a hypothetical situation used to illustrate best practices in counseling a board in a crisis.
