Hot Topics in International Dispute Resolution in the New York Courts

On September 23, New York international litigation and arbitration partners Julie Bédard, John Gardiner, Lea Haber Kuck and Timothy G. Nelson participated in a Skadden webinar titled "Hot Topics in International Dispute Resolution in the New York Courts." The program  covered a variety issues that New York courts confront arising out of international commercial disputes, focusing on the implications of recent New York decisions on drafting New York forum and choice-of-law clauses, confirmation of international arbitration awards, and international judgment enforcement in the New York courts.
