New York litigation partner Boris Bershteyn participated in the Institute for Policy Integrity’s “Cost-Benefit Analysis and Issue Advocacy Workshop” in New York on October 28. The workshop provided an introduction to economic analysis and its role in the regulatory process, as well as a nuanced look at how the technique is used by federal administrative agencies. Mr. Bershteyn participated in a panel discussion titled “Twenty Years of Executive Order 12,866*.”
