Faegre Baker Daniels 2013 M&A Conference

New York Tax Group head Stuart Finkelstein spoke at the 2013 M&A Conference presented by Faegre Baker Daniels and The Deal on November 7 in Minneapolis. Mr. Finkelstein spoke on a panel titled "Timely M&A Tax Strategies (in Plain English)," a practical discussion of critical tax issues facing M&A dealmakers. Panelists at the conference included members of the media and nationally recognized leaders in strategic and private equity M&A, finance, tax, accounting, investment banking and other areas, in addition to law.
