On April 10, Skadden presented "Developments and Trends in Cybersecurity and Privacy — What Every Company Should Be Doing Today," a seminar in the firm's New York office. The event focused on privacy enforcement activity and a variety of cybersecurity issues, including insurance, SEC filing requirements, class action litigation and partnering with law enforcement. Skadden speakers included partners Marc Gerber, Stuart Levi, Jessica Miller, Timothy Reynolds and Michael Scudder and counsel James Talbot. Guest speakers included Leo Taddeo, special agent in charge of the FBI's Cyber/Special Operations Division, and John Curran, executive managing director at Stroz Friedberg.
