Washington, D.C. corporate partner Brian Breheny participated in the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals' 68th Annual Conference — "Resilience in the New Reality," held in Boston. The conference discussed issues corporate environments face with the new reality of cybersecurity, changes in shareholder base and activism, and disclosure reform. On June 27, Mr. Breheny moderated a panel discussion on conflict minerals.
