On July 24, as part of its Antitrust Roundtable Series, Skadden held a webinar titled "Intel and Conditional Pricing: Are the US and EC Diverging Again?" The program focused on the General Court of the European Union’s Intel decision, including such topics as the decision's implications, the differences between the U.S. and EU approach to pricing conduct by dominant firms, and a recent workshop held by the DOJ and FTC regarding how to analyze conditional pricing practices. Speakers included New York partner Ian John and Brussels partners Ingrid Vandenborre and James Venit.
