London corporate partner Pranav Trivedi spoke at "Rethinking Regulation: 3rd International Conference of Legal Regulators," held July 8-9 in London. Pranav was a panelist during a session titled "Playing Cross-Border Catch-Up," covering how lawyers are meeting the cross-border demands of their clients and what challenges they face in structuring their firms or dealing with differences in rules. The session also looked at what structural challenges exist for regulators, as well as the practical challenges in disciplining lawyers practicing cross-jurisdictionally.
