Washington, D.C. corporate partner Brian Breheny participated in the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals' 2014 Southeastern Chapter Annual Meeting and Conference held in Atlanta. The conference provided advice for preparing for shareholder activism and engagement and the 2015 proxy season and a review of current SEC hot topics. On September 18, Mr. Breheny participated in a panel discussion titled "Shareholder Activism and Engagement — Getting Prepared."
