As part of the firm's Antitrust Roundtable Series, Skadden held a webinar titled "Navigating in the Wake of Actavis: Recent Developments in Pharmaceutical Antitrust" on October 2. Moderated by Steven Sunshine, the panel discussion focused on developments post-FTC v.
