Skadden held a joint seminar with GCA Savvian on the capital market environment and legal challenges associated with U.S. M&A in the medical and life sciences industries on November 11 in Tokyo and on November 12 in Osaka, Japan. Washington, D.C. health care enforcement and litigation partner Jennifer Bragg presented on "Latest Trends in Government Enforcement of the Medical Device Industry." Ms. Bragg also was joined by corporate partners Mitsuhiro Kamiya and Amr Razzak for a panel discussion on how Japanese companies in the medical and life sciences industries can successfully expand in a globalized market.
