Skadden presented a November 6 seminar and webinar titled "Privacy and Data Security: Best Practices and Strategies for Success" in Palo Alto. The two-hour event included a guest speaker from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and focused on cyber-attack preparedness and cooperation between the FBI and the private sector on cyber attacks, as well as a host of litigation and cyber insurance issues. New York intellectual property partner Stuart Levi, Palo Alto litigation partners Jack DiCanio and Tim Miller, and New York litigation counsel Peter Luneau were the Skadden presenters.
