Skadden and Compass Lexecon co-hosted their annual seminar titled "Antitrust in the Technology Sector: Policy Perspectives and Insights from the Enforcers" at the Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto on January 27. Panelists discussed the IP and antitrust issues technology companies were facing, as well as the developments in merger enforcement. Speakers included Skadden antitrust and competition partners Frederic Depoortere, Matthew Hendrickson, Steven Sunshine and Ingrid Vandenborre, along with technology insiders and enforcement officials from the United States and the European Union. The event was open to the public.
