VALCON 2015: Emerging Valuation Issues in Bankruptcy and Beyond

Chicago corporate restructuring partner John Lyons spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute's "VALCON 2015: Emerging Valuation Issues in Bankruptcy and Beyond," held February 25-27 in Las Vegas. Mr. Lyons spoke on the panel "Valuation, Deal-Making and Strategic Portfolio Management" and discuss the role that asset valuation and enterprise valuation play in deal-making and strategic portfolio management.
