Chicago corporate partner Brian Duwe was a panelist at the 2015 National Summit of Black Women Lawyers on April 10 in Chicago. Mr. Duwe's panel, "All Eyes on Us: Combating the Decline of the Black Female Associate," allowed black female associates and managing partners to address the relevant issues and form possible solutions.
