Washington, D.C. tax partner Paul Oosterhuis and Palo Alto tax partner Sean Shimamoto will speak at PLI's 2015 "Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures & Other Strategic Alliances" program, to be held June 9-11 in San Francisco. Mr. Oosterhuis will speak on international joint venture issues and Mr. Shimamoto will speak on tax credit partnerships. The program also was held April 28-30 in Chicago and May 12-14 in New York. In Chicago and New York, Mr. Shimamoto discussed tax credit partnerships. In New York, Washington, D.C. tax partner Armando Gomez spoke on economic substance, judicial doctrines and ethics.
