Palo Alto executive compensation and benefits counsel Alessandra Murata spoke at the Northern California Human Resources Association's Compensation Conference on May 14 in San Francisco. Ms. Murata's panel, "The Legal Side of Compensation Management," focused on sections of the Internal Revenue Code relating to compensation, such as the limitations on compensation deductions, equity-based compensation awards and golden parachutes.
