Consolidated Tax Return Regulations 2016

Washington, D.C. tax of counsel William Alexander spoke at the PLI seminar “Consolidated Tax Return Regulations 2016,” held February 22-23 in New York and webcast live. Mr. Alexander participated in a discussion of “Tax Attributes and Consolidation,” focusing on the complex interaction of the consolidated return regulations with other provisions limiting or otherwise addressing the use of tax attributes.
