Washington, D.C. antitrust and competition partner Steven Sunshine participated in the American Bar Association's 64th Annual Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, held April 5-8. Mr. Sunshine spoke on a panel titled "Divestiture Sufficiency — I Can't Get No Satisfaction," which focused on divestiture remedy topics such as what enforcement agencies want to see in a prospective buyer, when parties must identify buyers up front, and whether litigating the fix is a viable strategy.
