New York antitrust and competition partner James Keyte and Hong Kong European Union/international competition counsel Andrew Foster participated in the Fordham Competition Law Institute's (FCLI) 43rd Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy, "The Future of Antitrust in Asia," held at Fordham Law School Sept. 22-Sept. 23. Mr. Keyte, who serves as FCLI's director and is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School made closing remarks and offered insights on succeeding at trial during a preconference workshop on "Antitrust Economics." He also made introductory remarks during each day of the conference. Mr. Foster was a panelist during a discussion titled "China Antitrust Enforcement Today and in the Future."
