Washington, D.C. litigation co-chair Charles Walker spoke at "Securities Filings 2016: Practical Guidance in a Changing Environment," a PLI seminar held September 7-8 in New York. The program analyzed the principal forms used for filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with particular emphasis on the mechanics of and timing for assembling particular filings.
