Speakers shared practical strategies for overcoming litigation challenges and succeeding in the marketplace.

Boston partner Michael Loucks, Washington, D.C. partner John Bentivoglio and Dan Curto of Biogen Inc. provided a "DOJ and OIG Enforcement Update." The group broke into roundtable discussions covering topics such as patient assistance and reimbursement, the Anti-Kickback Statute, continuing risks of pharmaceutical and device companies, and handling whistleblower cases from within.
