Lauren E. Aguiar

New York litigation partners Lauren Aguiar and Jonathan Frank spoke at "Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice 2017," a PLI seminar held February 16 in New York. Ms. Aguiar served as event chairperson introduced the event. She and Mr. Frank co-presented "Important Recent Cases Impacting Federal Civil Practice," a discussion and analysis of key recent federal decisions that impact important aspects of civil procedure and the implications of these decisions. The session also offered the "View From the Bench" from Judge George Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Magistrate Judge Steven Locke of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
